Is St. John's Wort safe to use?
Is it safe to start using St. John's Wort against mild depression, without consulting a doctor? I am also in therapy with my doctor.

St. John's Wort is fine to use without consulting your doctor as long as YOU AREN'T taking other prescribed anti-depressant medication. If you are taking prescribed medication at the minute, ween yourself off it, under the guidance of your doctor, before you start taking the St. John's Wort.
